We found One Touch Properties by following an advert for property investments on the internet. The properties we have bought through One Touch are a student studio in Liverpool and two airport parking spaces, one at Gatwick and the other in Glasgow. We have found Arran Kerkvliet's service very good. Whenever we have had a question he has taken time to phone us whenever suitable to us, even over the weekend, and has been prepared to spend any amount of time we needed to provide us with answers. Unfortunately the Liverpool property has not lived up to our expectations in terms of returns. However, we have been very happy so far with the parking places, albeit that we only bought these within the last year. We would have no hesitation recommending Arran's services to anyone thinking of purchasing investment property in the UK.
