Granite House is a Grade II listed building on Stanley Street in central Liverpool. Granite House – The L1 Location

Granite House is located within the L1 postcode – Liverpool’s most sought area for property investment, and with its credentials it is not hard to see why. Numerous studies, including a recent one by Which? placed the L1 postcode at the top of the tables due to soaring prices in the area, yet house prices remain modest – for now.
